Fully upholstered sofa with piping on cushions. Separate seat and back cushions. Inner frame of wood. Available in fabric or leather. Cushions in foam core with down wrap and removable covers. External frame cover is non-removable. Legs of solid wood or steel screwed into the frame. Oak legs available with natural leather band and brushed steel avalible with a knurled detail.

Jørgen Gammelgaard

Jørgen Gammelgaard (1938–1991) is a Danish designer who is especially renowned for his lighting fixtures and for his silverware designed for Georg Jensen, but by training Gammelgraad was in fact a carpenter and furniture designer. At the age of 49, he was appointed Professor of Furniture Design at the Royal Danish Academy's Department of Furniture and Spatial Art, a post he held from 1987 until his death in 1991. There he inspired students with his insights into the Danish design tradition. For example, Johannes Foersom, Peter Hiorth-Lorenzen, Morten Ernst and Anne-Mette Bartholin Jensen.
