Terms and Conditions

  • Items must be authentic CHANINTR products in a condition suitable for resale. We may return or decline items that don't meet our quality or condition standards for resale.
  • CHANINTR handles everything to present your item in top condition for a sale, with complimentary item collection, cleaning, photography, showroom display, marketing, and sales management
  • Seller must confirm they have legal ownership and authority to sell the item, guaranteeing the item is not stolen property.
  • There are no upfront costs to our service, however additional fees may apply in the following circumstances:
    • Non-standard extraction requiring special handling or equipment (e.g., cranes, multi-level access)
    • Restoration (these fees are quoted upfront and deducted from final proceeds)
  • When your item sells, you can choose your preferred payment between:
    • 70% of the sale price as CHANINTR store credit (valid for 12 months) *Conditions Apply
    • 50% of the sale price in cash as a direct bank payment, to be processed within 14 business days
  • Your consignment runs for 6 months exclusively with CHANINTR
  • Early cancellation requires immediate item collection and incurs an administrative fee of THB 7,500 per consignment
  • CHANINTR does not guarantee a sale. If your item remains unsold after the 6-month period, you have the following options:
    • Renew the consignment at a revised price range, or
    • Collect your item within 2 weeks at no additional cost
      • Delivery service within Bangkok is available for THB 1,800
      • Any outstanding fees must be settled before items are returned
    • Store your items with CHANINTR, subject to applicable storage fees
      • Items uncollected after 30 days may be donated or disposed of at our discretion
  • We take utmost care of your items during consignment. However
    • Items are accepted and sold in "as-is" condition
    • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or condition issues identified upon arrival
    • Unsold items must be accepted back in their current condition
    • We assume responsibility only for damage caused by our gross negligence
