This sofa has a fresh and compelling form that combines a natural wood color frame with large wood elbow rests and upholstery fabric. The cushions consist of separate layers of down and urethane foam of differing hardness, with materials being carefully selected to match the differing loads that are applied to the back and seat. In addition to the beautiful wood frame that can be seen from behind and in hidden structural parts, provide this sofa with the type of attention to detail only available from a woodworking company. Seating comfort and ease has been completely incorporated into the wood structure which serves as the base for the subtly beautiful form of this sofa.

Jasper Morrison

Jasper Morrison was born in London in 1959, graduated in Design from Kingston Polytechnic in 1982, and set up his Office in London in 1986. In the 2000s Jasper began consultancies with Muji and Samsung. In 2006 he collaborated with Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa on the exhibition Super Normal at Axis Gallery, Tokyo. Since 2010 he has collaborated with Spanish companies Camper, Kettal and Andreu World, and US companies Maharam and Emeco. Jasper Morrison has been a Royal Designer for Industry since 2001. Jasper Morrison Ltd currently has offices in London, Tokyo and Paris.
