Referencing the values of honest craftsmanship and Scandinavian materiality, the Cover Armchair is an elegant perspective on the timeless wooden armchair. With its curved backrest and folded armrest covers, the Cover Armchair explores the possibilities of wooden veneer, paired with a deep comfort, modern expression and base in solid wood. Echoing the seamless appearance of the chair, it features no visible screws for a simple touch. Use the Cover Armchair in the living room, hallway or bedroom of the home as well as in restaurants, canteens, educational institutions, workplaces and more.
The Cover Chair Series is made from form pressed wood. The wood is folded over the chair's legs and backrest. This technically innovative wood layering helps lock the elements of the chair together. Upholstered seats are with textiles from Kvadrat or Refine Leather. Cover Armchair: Oak and Stained Dark Brown versions: Back, seat and armrest in oak veneer, solid oak frame and legs. Water based lacquer. Colored versions: Back, seat and armrest in ash veneer, frame and legs are made from solid beech wood. With water-based lacquer.
Oak veneer and Stained Dark Brown: slight color variations can occur due to the inherent characteristics of the material.

Thomas Bentzen
Thomas Bentzen, former designer at Louise Campell Studio, started his own studio; Thomas Bentzen Industrial Design in 2010. He is the co-founder of the design collective REMOVE and his products have received international recognition at fairs and exhibitions all over the world. "I like to create objects that are functional and simple, while satisfying a human need when in use and creating joy when idle.
