With extensive comfort and a lightly hovering appearance, the Fiber Lounge Chair invites the user in for a relaxed and comfortable seat. The design features soft and embracing curves for a welcoming look, making it an elegant match for any setting of the home, workplace or hospitality area. Non-upholstered variants are made from a combination of recycled plastic (min. 80% is recycled) and FSC™ (FSC-C028824) certified wood fibers. The wood fibers blend into the surface for a matte finish and add a soft, inviting touch. The Fiber Lounge Chair is designed with friendly, embracing curves that provide extensive comfort to its user while taking up little space in the room.

The Fiber Series without upholstery is EU Ecolabel Certified. By carrying the EU Ecolabel Certification, the product is guaranteed to have a reduced environmental impact throughout the total lifecycle of the product from raw material to disposal.

Shell - Fiber Lounge Chair without upholstery: The plastic of the shell is made using minimum 80% recycled plastic. The plastic is mixed with up to 25% FSC™️ (FSC-C028824) certified wood fibers. The shell is made of plastic that is climate compensated. For North America: Shell in plastic composition with up to 25% wood fibers. Shell - Upholstered variants: Shell in plastic composition with up to 25% wood fibers. Base: Wood base in water-based lacquered solid oak or ash. For Stained Dark Brown version only: Please note that slight color variations can occur due to the inherent characteristics of the material.

Lacquered Oak
Oak is a traditionally Scandinavian material with durable abilities against factors such as water and fungi alongside a high level of strength, giving it long-lasting properties fit for furniture.

Wood and Recycled Plastic Composite
An innovative composite of recycled plastic (minimum 80% is recycled) and FSC™️ (FSC-C028824) certified wood fibers specially developed for the the Fiber Chair series. Up to 25 % of composite consists of wood fibers, which gives the shell a uniquely deep surface and soft, matte touch. Though invisible to the eye when viewed from afar, the natural details of the wood fibers are revealed when viewing the design up-close. Note that slight variations in the surface may occur due to the inherent characteristics of the material.

ISKOS — BERLIN Design is a partnership of Boris Berlin and Aleksej Iskos. The company works within the fields of industrial, furniture and graphic design. The firm was only established in late 2010, but Boris and Aleksej have been working together for a number of years. In 1987, Boris co-founded Komplot Design, where Aleksej was employed as an assistant for more than 11 years. This long and fruitful cooperation has allowed them to develop a shared philosophy of design.
