The B lamp was imagined by designer Thierry Dreyfus. Lamp B is made of Gypsum, a mineral species composed of natural hydrated sulphate of monoclinic calcium, of low hardness, usually called plaster stone. It is a white structural piece that diffuses a soft and warm light, like a candle.
