NC Side Chair | Highlight image
The chair designed by Kengo Kuma for Nezu museum represents simplicity itself. The thin, flat seat has a backrest that traces a gentle arc, and four thin legs are stretching from the seat. The inner sides of legs are chamfered so that they appear sensitive.

Although it seems to be a simple chair without any characteristics at first glance, it has a beautiful presence when placed inside Kuma’s architectural space. After all, this chair is a part of his architecture, harmonizing with the space.
