Designer Gabriele Pezzini explored the kitchen of the great French chef Pierre Gagnaire, meticulously observing the gestures of the chef and his teams. This encounter provided the inspiration for Les Couteaux d’Orfèvre - the Silversmith’s knives - a set of six essential blades corresponding perfectly to the fundamental gestures of modern cuisine.

A steak knife and three cheese knives compliment the collection. Designed as always to combine gratifying utility and technical beauty, these utensils hone the link between the joys of cooking and the pleasures of the table.
