The wall lampt emits light directed primarily downwards. The opal glass provides a comfortable and uniform illumination of the area around the fixture.

Finish: Glossy mouth-blown white opal glass. Satin polished brass, untreated.

Materials:
Mouth-blown, 3-layered, opal glass.
Wall lamp arm and wall-box: Untreated brass, will patinate.

Mounting:
Cable 2 x 0.75 mm². White PVC cord with plug.
Switch: On the rear housing.

Class: Ingress protection IP20. Electric shock protection II w/o ground.

Vilhelm Lauritzen

Vilhelm Lauritzen (1894-1984) is the architect behind the Royal Danish Embassy in Washington, DC. He graduated as an architect from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture in Copenhagen. And in 1922 he established studio Vilhelm Lauritzen, which is still functioning today. Lauritzen has contributed to modernism in Danish architecture with a number of outstanding buildings, often with representative institutions of importance but also villas and apartment buildings.
