The AB019 is a minimalist wall desk designed by Anker Bak. Drawing on his own experiences of Japanese tiny living, the desk displays a pared-back, harmonious expression. Designed as a versatile and functional solution for small spaces, the desk features a slim, FSC-certified oak veneer or laminate tabletop with a softly rounded edge, supported by stainless steel wall mounts. The AB019 Wall Desk comes flat-packed for easy assembly.

Anker Bak

Anker Bak

Anker Bak was born in 1983. In his grandfather’s workshop in Sweden where his ability to work with hands and wood became apparent. He qualified as a cabinetmaker, winning a silver medal. Bak studied production technology, worked with designers and industries. Ultimately, woodwork and cabinetmaking won him over. After that, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in furniture design from VIA University College. Bak developed the Rocking Nest Chair for his sister's new born baby. He was awarded with several prizes and received grants from foundations through many years.
