The MT221 Tulip Pendant was designed by Marianne Tuxen in 2022 for the restoration of the Pompeii Hall in the Carlsberg Academy in Copenhagen. Balancing classic elegance with modern aesthetics, the lamp demonstrates a high level of craftsmanship. Made from three layers of mouthblown gloss white opal glass, the shade evokes the shape of a tulip, providing glare-free, ambient light. A precise solid brass suspension merges with the shade to form a perfect organic whole.
